Places Everyone!

Beth Jones

"And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed one)." Ephesians 2:6, AMPC

As believers in Jesus, we need to take our place! Our position in Christ is a place of victory and authority. Have you thought about that lately?

You are in a more powerful position than you realize! Here's why: Jesus is Lord, Messiah and the Anointed One. He has raised us up and seated us with Himself in heavenly places. He has given us authority through His Name. God wants us to operate in life from a position of victory. In other words, we are not trying to get the victory. We are not praying for victory. Through Christ—we already have the victory!

You can almost hear the Holy Spirit encouraging the Body of Christ saying, "Places everyone. Take your place. Places, please. Get in place."

Listen to what the Bible says about our victorious position:

"But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." 1 Corinthians 15:57

"...For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God." 1 John 5:4-5

"Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place." 2 Corinthians 2:14

"No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:37-39

Today, take your place! You have authority. You are victorious. You overcome the world. You triumph in Christ. You are more than a conqueror through Him.

Say It: "Father, I take my place today. I operate from my position in Christ. I am more than a conqueror. He always leads me in triumph. I am an overcomer in Christ. Today, I win because Jesus is Lord! In Jesus' Name. Amen."
